Welcome to Wood Willow Counselling & Therapy Services. I understand that life’s challenges are unique and complex to all individuals. As a fully certified and insured counselling professional based in Essex, I’m here to help you unravel those racing thoughts, sit with and understand your emotions and most importantly listen to you without judgement and with pure empathy. I currently work providing face to face sessions and for your convenience via the platform Zoom for online therapy and also via telephone.
